Peppercoat BBQ

If you love grilling, smoking, and griddling on the back deck, then you're in the right place! Pull up a chair and see what's cooking today. I'll be posting regularly and you can expect to see a variety of meats, veggies, snacks, sandwiches, and full meals prepared with different methods. My current collection of cookers consists of an Oklahoma Joe's Bronco drum style smoker, an Old Country BBQ Pits Smokehouse vertical cabinet smoker, an Old Country BBQ Pits Vaquero Santa Maria grill, Old Country BBQ Pits Pecos, Old Country BBQ Pits G3, and a 36" Blackstone.
