Pepe Nummi -

Welcome to my channel — a space for curious minds who want to understand people and help groups align, agree, and move forward together.

I’m Pepe Nummi, a facilitation pioneer, trainer, and author whose tools and books on group dynamics and decision-making have been published in several languages. I’m not a professor or a theorist — I’m a practitioner who has spent decades helping teams solve problems, resolve conflict, and reach genuine agreement. My work blends creativity, humor, and a deep understanding of human interaction.

This channel also connects to my upcoming book, Emotional Negotiation, which explores how emotional intelligence can turn tension into cooperation and disagreement into understanding.

I believe that good conversation can change the world — or at least how we work together in it. Join me on the journey to make the world a little more human.
