Pelaris Coach

Pelaris is an AI coach for athletes who train for strength and endurance at the same time: hybrid racing, running, lifting and team sport. Tell it your goal and it builds a periodised plan around your week, explains every choice, and writes the next weeks as you train.

On this channel: real plans built by the Pelaris AI coach, week by week, starting with a first HYROX in Melbourne this December. App screens come from demo accounts; no real athlete's data is shown.

General training information, not medical advice. Not affiliated with HYROX. Your first plan is free at pelaris.io
