Peak Top Vitality

Earn Your Reward. Plan the adventure. Build the strength. And go live it.

Peak Top Vitality connects health transformation with adventures that make the program worthwhile. The Reward is your personnel motivation to do the work.

I’m Steve. After a health crisis, I lost over 100 pounds and rebuilt my health. Now, at 62, I’m hiking the Swiss Alps. I wish I’d taken my health seriously in my 40s, but life got in the way.

The reward can come in many forms: a local hike, a weekend in Austin or Colorado, or a trip to Italy, Switzerland and beyond. We plan the details, then work the program towards health, fitness and the confidence to enjoy it.

I share my experience with weight loss, strength training, nutrition, metabolic health, sleep/recovery and the details to plan and experience travel rewards, with honest lessons from the trail.

Whether you’re rebuilding your health or planning an adventure, you’re welcomed here.

Our motto: Build Strength for the Life You Want. Earn Your Reward.
