I’m Chaz’ara Melody, an Integrative Therapist, speaker and founder of Peace of Mind Counselling Services.

Here, we talk relationships, mental and emotional wellbeing, grief, identity, faith, healing and navigating life’s transitions.

Drawing from my experience as a therapist, my own lived experiences and conversations with guests, this is a space to get curious, have the conversations that matter and understand ourselves and each other a little better.

Sometimes, finding peace starts with being honest about what’s really going on.

At the heart of everything I do is a desire to create safe spaces for honest conversations whether in therapy, through a podcast, or simply sitting around my dining table and everywhere in between.
