Founded in 1880, Patterson-Kelley has evolved and grown to represent a trusted leadership position in the industry. Each piece of equipment we build is the direct result of the knowledge cultivated from generations of experience, expertise, and customer input. We have been proudly designing and assembling in the United States for over 140 years! Located exclusively in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, our products can be found in commercial venues around the world.
Today, we provide a full line of condensing and non-condensing boilers, semi-instantaneous water heaters, and an array of commercial boiler and water heating products including gas-fired, dual fuel, and outdoor models.
Since 2019, Patterson-Kelley has been a part of the SPX Corporation.  SPX businesses hold leadership positions in the HVAC, detection and measurement, and engineered solutions markets. Based in Charlotte, NC, the SPX Corporation is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “SPXC.”
