Paths to Restoration

Paths to Restoration is a somatic wellness and integrative space for somatic reset created by Sara Sullivan, LPC and Ryan Winters, LPC.

We are a peaceful space for sound baths, restorative practices, and deep relaxation.

Allow the vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, and gentle sound to guide your body into stillness and renewal. Whether you're seeking stress relief, deeper meditation, or a moment to simply pause, our sessions are designed to help you reconnect with calm.

May our work with violin and handpan soothe you also, as we hope to in time create a channel that provides multiple videos that include Sara and Ryan, but also other facilitators that practice at our space.
