Pastor Peter J. Moore

Rev. Peter J. Moore is the senior pastor of Lakefield Baptist Church.  (Ontario, Canada). Pastor Peter has a heart for congregational life, and enjoys one to one street ministry in downtown Peterborough, along with God's people at Lakefield Baptist.  We regularly share needed supplies with those who are marginalized and need attention, that can overwhelm government resources.  With new socks, needed supply kits, we strongly believe in a brief prayer of blessing over all those we deal with.  Those in Christian community should always remember the parable of the sheep and the goats, told by Jesus in Matthew. Pastor Peter also has a heart for those struggling in the Dominican and Haitian refugees, in the area, who truly have battled for employment, food and housing.  Peter has attended the Region on and off through Wasaga Rotary. (2011)  The program is called HHART, led by Steve Wallace
