🦓 Hypermobility + AuDHD, MCAS, POTS, CFS Science based education & management

Masters of Science, PhD, Movement Therapy

EU Based

Hypermobility is rarely just about the joints. As a connective tissue disorder, hEDS and hypermobility can affect multiple systems throughout the body, contributing to chronic pain, fatigue, POTS and dysautonomia, digestive difficulties, MCAS, migraines, sensory differences and more. They are also commonly associated with neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism.

ParaMotion helps you understand the bigger picture. We translate current research into practical, evidence-informed education, management strategies and individualised movement therapy, exploring the connections between hypermobility, neurodivergence and associated conditions.

Our goal is not simply to help you move more, but to help you understand why your body responds the way it does, recognise patterns across seemingly unrelated symptoms, and make informed decisions about your health.
