PairPause - more time for what matters

You meant to put your screen down ten minutes ago. You're still scrolling.

Sound familiar? For you, or for your partner? You want more time together, but a phone or iPad keeps getting in the way. Before you know it, another evening has slipped away.

PairPause helps.

ASK FOR SUPPORT. OR BE THE SUPPORT.
Agree on when you want fewer distractions. Choose the apps and websites that keep pulling you back, then start focus. Pair the other person's iPhone or iPad as your key device. Support can go both ways: each of you can set your own focus and be the other's key.

A MOMENT TO THINK BEFORE YOU SCROLL AGAIN
Want access again? Let the other person help. Get up, find each other and ask to have your apps unlocked. They enter your temporary code or scan your QR code on the paired key device and approve your request.

That extra step gives you a moment to ask: do I really want to get back on my screen right now? Less screen time becomes a shared commitment, with someone there to support you.
