PLMA: The Flexible Load Management Community

PLMA, The Flexible Load Management Community, is the energy industry's association for flexible load management experts and practitioners.

PLMA's vibrant membership convenes in person and online to share best practices, hands-on experiences, technology advances, and industry education, plus leadership and mentorship opportunities, all with a focus on load flexibility, demand response, distributed energy resources, EV grid impacts, and managed charging.

Members include private and publicly owned utilities; technology companies; energy and energy solution providers; equipment manufacturers; research, nonprofit, and academic organizations; and consultants. The employees of these organizations form PLMA's community of more than 5,000 load management practitioners.
