The Oregon Mental Health Regulatory Agency (MHRA) uses this YouTube channel to publish public session meeting videos in accordance with Senate Bill 11 (2023). MHRA was created to provide administrative and regulatory oversight to the regulated boards, the Board of Psychology and the Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists.  These Boards protect the public from harm through the licensing and regulation of behavioral and mental health professions in Oregon.
