The One Step Ahead Series is a heartfelt digital art project I designed to celebrate the healing modalities—and the compassionate people who teach them—that have profoundly shaped my journey. Through this series, I honor the practices and wisdom that helped me evolve from chronic depression into a state of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness.

The series is thoughtfully broken into four parts, aligning with the cycles of nature and the four seasons in the Gregorian calendar. Each part reflects the unique energy of the season—whether it’s the introspection of winter, the renewal of spring, the vibrancy of summer, or the harvest of fall—offering a rhythm that mirrors the natural flow of life.
