I’m a Defence Forces Sergeant, Military Instructor & PTI, referee and referee instructor, marathon runner, father and podcast host.

Over the years I’ve worn plenty of different hats — from running fitness classes and becoming the youngest referee branch chairman in the country at the time, to completing marathons and helping plan and organise events that have raised over €50,000 for charities.

On Your Own Time is about sitting down with real people from all walks of life and giving them the time to tell their story — sport, business, careers, mental health, success, setbacks and everything in between.
