Old Buck Knows

Old Buck has kept bees on the same 40 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina for 52 years.

No honey company. No equipment catalog. No sponsor telling him what to say.

Just what the bees taught him, and what an old mountain beekeeper named Asa Pruitt taught him before that.

On this channel, Buck tells you the truth about honey and the bees that make it. What happens to grocery store honey between the hive and the shelf. Why real honey turns solid in the jar, and why that is a good sign. How to buy honey you can trust without paying for a fancy label. How to keep bees alive through a hard winter without a shelf full of products.

This is not theory. This is not a trend.

This is 52 years of stings, mistakes, and mountain winters, told plain, the way nobody with a product to sell ever will.

If there is a jar of honey in your kitchen or a hive in your backyard, you are in the right place.

Buy it close. Keep it raw. Leave them their share.
