Z A C L I F T S

Hello, I’m Zac, a London-based fitness trainer, bodybuilding athlete and Tower Crane Operator. Welcome to the official Zac Lifts YouTube channel, where I share my experience and insights into tower crane operations, construction and life on site.

The channel features videos and YouTube Shorts showcasing day-to-day tower crane operations across a range of construction projects, along with the unique views and experiences from high above the ground.

Expect content covering tower crane operations, safety, training, weather conditions, construction, daily duties and life as a Tower Crane Operator, captured in high-quality footage using GoPro cameras.
