VRGO

Life can have a curious way of throwing you the occasional curve ball and the best laid plans can spin you around and turn you away from your chosen path. So it was for Hip Hop artist and Rapper VRGO as he fought to be heard from the state of Arkansas despite the challenges that lay in front of him. Starting off spitting his rhymes on a cheap USB mic sequestered away in a closet at the age of 17, he has gone through two names and a broken relationship which stopped him in his tracks.
Moving up through the gears from his teens to his 20s, he released songs under the name Ed Wood. Realizing in his 30s that things had to change, he rebranded and restyled under the name VRGO and released his ‘debut’ track Linger. Beautifully laidback and tender with vocals and wordplay that showcased that the artist had truly arrived.
Now with the pain in the rear view he is back with his latest single "Drowning" and a follow up album that is set to drop.
