FIGHT IQ WITH COACH MARCUS

Martial arts is more than a collection of techniques. It’s a game of principles, systems, and strategy.

I’m Coach Marcus, a Jiu-Jitsu and MMA Grappling Systems Coach. This channel is where I break down the why behind fighting, helping martial artists develop the Fight IQ to solve problems instead of simply memorizing moves.

Here you’ll find:

My philosophy:

PRINCIPLES → SYSTEMS → STRATEGY

Understand the principles.
Build them into systems.
Apply those systems with strategy.

Whether you’re a beginner, competitor, fighter, or coach, the mission is the same:

Stop collecting techniques. Start understanding the fight.
