Ocean Impact Navigator

The Ocean Impact Navigator (OIN) is a shared framework developed by the 1000 Ocean Startups coalition to help organisations measure, communicate, and improve their contribution to ocean health.

Ocean innovation is growing fast but without a common way to measure impact, it's hard to compare progress or prove what's working. The OIN solves this with a standardised set of impact areas and KPIs, so impact across the ocean economy can be tracked consistently, regardless of geography, sector, or stage.

This channel is home to the OIN Programme — practical video courses helping 1000OS coalition members understand, apply, and get the most out of the framework. The Programme spans three tracks, from foundational concepts to in-depth case studies, so you can find the right level for your organisation.

Whether you're new to impact measurement or refining how you report your KPIs, you'll find structured guidance here.
