Obese To Fit With Parkinson’s 

This is a channel I created to document my life, since being diagnosed with Parkinson’s.  

I will go through workout routines and easy meal recipes, that I personally do.  

I will also do content on God’s work, challenges, hurdles, tracking macros (calories, protein, fats, carbs), fun destinations to do exercises and many other topics.  

I am not certified in any fitness, health, or medical advice.  

I will try to upload a video every few weeks.
