On the Mat with Jenstar

Hello and Welcome Everyone! 

My name is Jen(star) and I am here to get you moving on your mat with short yoga, barre and fitness classes! 

I am a yoga and barre instructor that lives in Green Bay, Wisconsin. My mission and passion is to support people on their fitness and wellness journey (whatever that looks like for you) with the movement classes I offer. My Youtube Channel is designed to bring you short videos for you to either learn some basic alignment tips or get a quick 5-20 minute movement session in. My plan is to release 1-2 videos a month and have a collection of mini-classes that you can do on the go, or reference when you just need to move your body and take 20 minutes to breathe! 

If you would like to take a "full class" with me, I do teach 4x a week virtually with 60-minute yoga practices and 45-min Barre Sculpt classes. Feel free to sign-up for those on my website.
