OT sensory and craft fun with Super Aqua Girl

In this channel we will cover the definition of sensory processing and how it affects your child. We will define and give ideas for a sensory diet.  We will also give ideas for those kids that  have trouble eating due to their sensory issues. There will be easy at home sensory activities. And we will have some great cooking ideas for small places on a budget that will also address sensory needs. 

Everything will be family friendly and fun! I have 25 years of being an occupational therapist. My goal is to share my good and bad experiences. Unfortunately, I can’t whip out a prescription pad and say do this. Every child and family dynamics are different.  Some ideas I present will work and some will not work for your family.
