One Million Fuzztone Guitars (OMFTGS)

Originally known as "Skin Patrol," the band made their debut at The Sandpiper Club in Nottingham back in 1978. Over the years, Skin Patrol underwent various lineups and stylistic changes.

In 1981, Skin Patrol underwent a transformation and rebranded themselves as One Million Fuzztone Guitars. Under their new name, they released two singles: "Heaven" with the B-side "Annuese" and "Men's Hearts" with the B-side "Creepy Crawl." They also released an LP titled "26." All of these releases have been remastered and re-released by Cherry Red Records.

One notable remix of their track "Rock Section" was done by Julian Cope and Andrew Weatherall in 2014 under the name Dayglo Maradona.

Continuing their musical journey, One Million Fuzztone Guitars/Skin Patrol has been actively recording and releasing new material. Their latest releases can be found via TuneCore and BMI on all the major streaming and download services.
