Ocean Community Empowerment and Nature (OCEAN) is a competitive grants scheme supporting locally-led projects that aim to deliver lasting change to the marine environment & coastal communities. It is part of the Blue Planet Fund, jointly managed by the UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.
