Nurture Play Structure

Life can look fine on paper and still feel off. Nurture · Play · Structure (NPS) is a simple model for finding the balance to be yourself: Nurture is love and safety, Play is joy, and Structure is how you bring your needs into the world.

New videos every Sunday. Each short episode teaches one idea from the model, from the four needs you never outgrow to Body Types, priorities, boundaries and communication in relationships.
