Nuke-119

The United States Air Force made plans in 1958 to detonate a nuclear weapon on the Moon under the code name Project A119. Project A119 did not take place. Project NUKE-119 does take place. NUKE-119 is a first person browser game set at the actual location of the Apollo 17 landing site. The game is created based upon the NASA LRO (Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter) laser altimeter data which was used to create a 3D model of the Apollo 17 landing site. The game features 1/6 gravity, no atmosphere, and one sun. Developers log entries and testing builds are available along with the explosion caused by nuke-moon.
