The University of Nottingham Echotones

Introducing the Nottingham Echotones, the vibrant A Cappella group making waves at the University of Nottingham! Since our founding in 2023, this mixed-voice ensemble, led by the exceptional Amelia Hutton, a medical student, and Adrian Angol-Henry, a medical physiology student, has rapidly become a key player in the Nottingham A Cappella scene.

We’re thrilled to announce our latest milestone—a brand-new single release! 🎶 Our journey began with a standout performance at the Northern A Cappella Showcase in December 2023, held at Leeds Riley Smith Hall. Since then, some of our members have performed at Edinburgh Fringe, we've taken a trip to London, and showcased our talents in numerous other venues, including in concerts in and around the East Midlands.

With a diverse group of singers who have various passions and hobbies, we’re more than just an A Cappella group—we’re the Echotones, and we’re excited to keep sharing our music with the world!
