Brett moved to northern Michigan in 1993 and launched North Prime Real Estate, partnering with eXp Realty in 2020. A Miami University grad, he's been a licensed realtor since 2006 and earned his Broker’s License in 2016. His background includes small business ownership, nonprofit marketing, and insurance sales.

Brett has served as Chair of the Charlevoix Chamber and County Housing Committee, coached youth sports, and held multiple leadership roles with the Antrim-Charlevoix-Kalkaska Board of Realtors.

In his free time, he enjoys boating on Lake Charlevoix, snow skiing, motorcycling, and staying active.
