I’m Noriko Whitfield, and I’ve dedicated over 35 years to studying the healing arts. For the past 16 years, I’ve been a California state-certified licensed massage therapist, and my journey has led me to dive deeply into the mind, body, and spirit connection through movement, energy work, and body structure. Currently, I focus on sound healing and meditation to help people bridge the gap between their mind and body. Every month, I’m honored to support over 100 individuals in their healing journey.
