Nobody Rides The Bench

Nobody Rides the Bench exists because breaking into sports shouldn’t feel like guessing in the dark.

It’s a community built for students, early creatives, and career-changers who want to work in sports, media, and creative roles and are tired of being told to “just keep applying and network.”

This isn’t run by recruiters who’ve never worked in sports. It’s built from lived experience. From layoffs, to being ghosted, to freelancing, to full-time roles, to pivoting and to figuring it out the hard way. Everything I share is rooted in what I wish I had when I was trying to break in.

If you’re just starting out, pivoting, or feeling stuck wondering if you’re “doing enough,” this community is for you.

And if you’re serious about working in sports, media, or creative roles, this is where you stop waiting and start showing up.
