No Ordinary House Interiors

No Ordinary House is an interior architecture and design studio in North London, working on full home renovations of period properties across North London including Muswell Hill, Highgate, Hamstead, Crouch End and the surrounding areas.

This channel follows our thoughts and ideas about renovating as well as real projects. Our approach is biophilic. That means light, air, planting, materials and layout are treated as structural to how a home feels, not added at the end. It is the difference between a house that looks finished and one that actually functions.

I'm Nichola, founder of the studio. My background is architectural, and No Ordinary House is BIID Registered and SBID Accredited. Recent work has been featured in The Sunday Times and shortlisted at the, Design et al, SBID Awards and the British Homes Awards.

Thoughtful renovation. Homes designed for life.
