Nixons Training & Health

Welcome to Nixons Training and Health! the go-to channel for insightful interviews with expert trainers and professionals in the fitness and health industry.

Over the years of talking to many different people in different fields I’ve come to realise there is a common theme that makes them successful.

“A healthy lifestyle”

I’ve decided to jot it all down and record my conversations with “Relatable and real people” who have different methods of training, are in specific health & fitness fields, have unique outlooks on life and wellbeing and how they stay motivated.

A healthy life is not hard to achieve and my guests will show you that no matter what your background is or what life throws at you, it’s more than possible to be healthy, and more importantly how they sustain it.

If 1 person can get something from these episodes, my work is complete.

Led by James Nixon, a seasoned fitness coach.
