From Lyon - France, Nicolas AMP has been living in Japan for 20 years.

Founder and owner of Nico Dojo Gym in Tosu (Japan), which provides personal training sessions and strength and conditioning services for athletes, he is nationally recognized as the expert in power development working with high school, college and professional athletes in sport like baseball soccer, judo and mostly track and field.

He played baseball for 20 years in France and Japan (Hosei University, Tokyo Big 6 League in 1998 and 1999).

Nico is also the strength & conditioning coach or the Saga Ballooners, professional basketball team (B League).
