Doodle Fitness

A couple years ago I found myself finding peace through faith, fitness and travel. While on this journey I traveled to Punta Cana, took my first Tabata workout class and fell in love. Now I am wanting to share my joy, passion and fitness knowledge with all of you in hopes it'll help you on your journey and maybe just might help you find yourself again as it did me. So here goes nothing... Posting NEW workouts every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7am EST. Incorporate these in your weekly routine and I promise you’ll see results like never before!
