Ni'Jah Sanae🌷

Hi, I’m Ni’Jah.

I’m a doctoral student and a woman learning what it looks like to follow Jesus in every area of my life.

On this channel, I’m sharing my journey through faith, restoration, wellness, beauty, school, fitness, routines, and life after graduation.

A lot of what I share comes from what I’m learning in my own life: renewing my mind, building better habits, pursuing my goals, and becoming the woman God created me to be.

I’m not here because I have everything figured out or because I want to present a perfect life. I’m sharing the process, the growth, and what God is teaching me along the way.

As a doctoral student in psychology, I want to keep my personal experiences separate from my professional training. What I share here is not therapy or psychological advice, and I won’t share confidential or identifying information from my training.

This is my personal journey.

From where I’ve been to where God is taking me, welcome to the journey.
