Neurosurgeon Professor Kunert

I have over 30 years of experience in neurosurgery. From the very beginning of my professional career, I have been affiliated with the Medical University of Warsaw.

I belong to a generation of neurosurgeons trained with a broad and comprehensive approach, which is why my professional interests are not limited to a single disease entity. In my clinical practice, I focus primarily on vascular neurosurgery, skull base surgery and neuro-oncology, as well as spine surgery, with particular emphasis on modern minimally invasive techniques. These most commonly include aneurysms, vascular malformations, arteriovenous fistulas, brain tumors, and degenerative spine disorders.

A special area of my work involves rare and highly complex neurosurgical cases, which require precise diagnostics and an individualized therapeutic approach.

I also hold leadership and academic positions in national and international neurosurgical societies.
