Nesso | Therapy Notes & EHR

How solo therapists and small practice owners built their practices: the decisions, the numbers, and the doubts along the way.

Setting fees. Leaving the W-2. Managing the backlog of notes.

No jargon or growth hacks — just therapists who love the craft, building practices that allow them to do their best work. Every conversation ends in steps you can take today.

We're Fletcher & Will — SimplePractice's first employees. We spent a decade building tools therapists use every day, and hearing the same thing over and over: nothing prepares you for the business side of private practice. That never sat right with us.

We can't change what grad school teaches. But we can make the business side of a practice easier to learn and manage.

Our first new product, Nesso Notes, is available today — a quick dictation becomes a finished note. Clients never get recorded, and the note backlog stops following you around.

Nesso EHR with a simple, distraction-free workspace is coming next.
