Nell Mead Physiotherapist

In pain and stuck on a waiting list? You don't have to guess your way through it. I'm Nell Mead, a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist with 26 years' experience. This channel teaches you to understand your own body: how to work out what's actually wrong, and what to do about it, from home.

Here's what most people miss: the spot that hurts is rarely the cause. Your knee pain might start at your foot, your headaches at your shoulder. I'll show you how to find the real driver and treat that, the same way I do in clinic.

I'm a former British Army physio (Major), and the only physio in the world to have trained fully in both the Integrated Systems Model (Diane Lee and LJ Lee) and the Sarah Key Method (Sarah Key, physio to the late Queen). That training shaped my Health and Performance Pyramid, the formula behind everything here.
