N T Life

We are Nigel Tina. Married for 34 years and still having fun.
We aim to share some of our adventures, and passions.
We've both lost weight, and discovered healthy eating and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle - we both used to be type 2 diabetics on medication, which we no longer need.
We love cooking, walking and the Outdoors. I've also enjoyed mountain biking over the years and we now both have E-Bikes so are getting out on the trails again, and I've now got a Gravel bike too.
We hope you enjoy watching our videos as much as we do making them.
