Navy Closure Task Force - Red Hill

Navy Closure Task Force - Red Hill (NCTF-RH) is tasked with executing tank cleaning, closure and decommissioning of the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF) as well as the long term continued environmental recovery and revitalization of the Red Hill Drinking Water Shaft, and complete restoration of the Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH) Drinking Water System. The work will be conducted in coordination with Federal and State regulators and adhere to all applicable laws, while also continuing to rebuild public trust with the local community.
