My Strength Training Journey

This channel is show my personal strength training journey. I want to motive others through their fitness journey by being a good example and through basic fitness education. 

It is important that everyone go through their own personl journey by having their personalized fitness program, it is also very important that if you are a beginner that you seek help from Athletic Trainers, Strength & Conditioning Coach or Certified Personal Trainer. Make sure that your alway consult with your medical provider to ensure that you can start a fitness program. 

Remember that I am show casing my workout program that fits me, I am providing motivation by example but I am not recommending that you do the same workout that I am doing. I will provide the basics of proper lifiting to help minimize the risk of injury. Remember any fitness routine will come with risk, however by seeking the proper fitness coach that will educate you how to properly workout it will help decrease the chances of injury.
