My Slo-Flo Life

Life unfolds at its own pace.
It doesn't always go the way you planned.
Trust Life. Trust the process. Go with the flow and enjoy the ride.... ✌️💖 ✨

Hello and welcome.
I started this channel to document my journey from being unexpectedly laid off at 59....to rebuilding my life and stepping into a new chapter — early seniorhood and early retirement in a whole new country!

As well as figuring out which country to retire to for an affordable and less stressful life than the USA, I will be exploring how to stay fit and healthy in order to actually enjoy my elderhood - mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually!

If you're also looking to escape the USA for a better quality of life elsewhere in the world, or are in a similar stage of life, I hope you'll keep me company during this journey.. 👣
