I work as a Career and Life Development Consultant, helping individuals and institutions navigate the intersections of career, life, technology, and future readiness. My work integrates Career Counselling, Life Design, Human-Centered AI Capability Development, and Design Thinking to help people make informed and meaningful choices about their future. 
  
I am the Founder of MyLifeDesign – Center for Career and Life Design Counselling, an initiative inspired by Stanford University's Designing Your Life framework. More recently, I founded PurposiveAI, a human-centered AI capability initiative based on a simple belief: AI should not merely be adopted. It should be used purposefully.
