To keep your DSPs compliant with Ohio DODD Medication Administration requirements, we’ve made the renewal process as simple and clear as possible.

Step 1: Register DSPs

1. Enroll your DSPs in the appropriate online renewal course.
2. They complete the self-paced online modules and post-test.
3. Upon completion, they will receive documentation of passing the renewal course.

Step 2: Complete the Skills Check (Only Skills They Actually Perform at Work)

For each DSP:

1. An approved RN Trainer or qualified supervisor observes the DSP performing the relevant skills.
2. Document the skills observed, including pass/fail and any comments.
3. Ensure the DSP’s name, date, and observer information are complete and legible.

Step 3: Submit the Completed Application and Skills Check via email to myholisticlifestylellc@gmail.com
