My Carnivore Journey

Welcome to Heather Choate’s Carnivore Journey — where we keep it real, meaty, and miraculously simple. 🥩✨

Tired of counting calories or spending your paycheck on “healthy” food that tastes like cardboard? Same. I healed my body, boosted my metabolism, and found food freedom by doing the unthinkable… eating meat. Lots of it.

Here you’ll find quick, budget-friendly Carnivore & high-protein recipes, weight-loss tips for women, and faith-based encouragement — because healing starts from within.

I'm a mom of 8 and a #1 Bestselling Author and I want to share my Carnivore journey with you.
