MRD Partners

Real estate education, with hands-on mentoring, from Nicholas Lockhart. For people building a portfolio, and people working out how to draw an income from it.

Nicholas Lockhart has been in real estate since 1997, and MRD since 2002. We began by selling property, and from 2009 MRD Finance arranged loans. As our clients reached retirement, we saw how few had been shown how to draw an income from what they own. So today we only teach and mentor. We show how real estate works while you build, and how to live from it when you stop. We educate; we don't advise.
