I am highly sensitive, an empath, and late-diagnosed Neurodivergent with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I struggled through life, internal and external expectations, depression and chronic pain. Functional somatic yoga and Qigong helped free me from myself. Now I want to guide others through this process to find more happiness in life.
