Motivation with Dr. Nasar Shahid

Dr. Shahid has worked in renowned institutions worldwide. After completing his residency of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at New York Presbyterian Hospital and fellowship of Pain and Sports Medicine at Portner Rehabilitation, Hawaii, he joined Columbia University as Assistant Professor in Rehabilitation Medicine. He was medical Co-director of Spine Center at New York Presbyterian Hospital /Columbia University. Later, he joined King Fahad Medical city Rehabilitation Hospital as
chairman.

Dr Shahid is an expert in exercise physiology as a board-certified physiatrist. He also has received certification in plant-based Nutrition Course from Cornell University. He can help patients understand their specific metabolic problems and other related factors that may lead to metabolic syndromes. He uses evidence based scientific approach to provide specific individualized plan for optimum physical activity, diet counseling and stress reduction strategies to redirect metabolism.
