Fran- Monster of Wonderland English

Welcome! I’m Fran Llamas, IFBB Bikini Pro and nutrition and fitness coach with Team ProPhysique. My background in psychology, together with years of experience working with metabolism, hormones, nutrition, and physique sports, shapes how I understand health: as the result of biological, psychological, and social-environmental factors interacting in the body.
The body doesn’t exist in isolation. Stress, sleep, work demands, culture, family life, habits, and training all influence how our metabolism and body composition change.
