My art teacher told me for 6 years I had no creative bone. I've been a full-time artist for 39 years. My work sold in boutiques & galleries. And I've worked with thousands of people. 

Hi I’m Monika Astara. ✨The world has become pretty wacky & most of us are in various states of functional freeze mode. We look "fine" on the outside, but our inside is screaming for relief.
I created this channel as our Sanctuary where we come home to ourselves - our natural awe, joy & peace.

✨We do it with ease & joy by dismantling commonly held false beliefs.
